Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Attorney located in Boca Raton, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as handling motions, depositions and engaging in creative negotiations. They will work closely with clients to provide legal advice and representation in various areas of litigation.
Qualifications
- Experience in arguing motions and conducting depositions
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in Florida
- Prior experience in litigation is preferred
